IT Specialist
The workplace: Warsaw-Mokotow
Leading global currency and investment gold and silver trader in Northern Europe and the Baltic States, the Tavex Group financial corporation, is currently seeking an IT Specialist.
Your responsibilities will include:
- workstation installation, configuration and maintenance;
- troubleshooting hardware and network issues;
- hardware and software purchase, replacement and inventory process;
- technical support for software, mobile and other hardware troubleshooting (computers, laptops, printers, conference systems and mobile devices);
- remote user support and troubleshooting;
- responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
- testing new technologies;
- from time to time setting up new offices (choosing right IT equipment and setting it up).
The ideal candidate should have:
- good knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange;
- proficiency in building and servicing computers and general knowledge of ICT systems;
- basic knowledge of networks, including DHCP, DNS, routing, IPSEC tunnels, SSL-VPN, Firewalls;
- basic knowledge of internet technologies such as DNS, HTTP and SSL,
- basic understanding of scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
Good to have:
- centralized computer management experience;
- Linux system configuration ability;
- experience with monitoring (Zabbix), Fortigate firewalls and Alnet systems.
Moreover:
- very good knowledge of English – the direct superior does not speak Polish;
- fluent Polish – not all users know English;
- readiness for business trips in Poland and Europe;
- driving license B.
You will receive from us:
- an employment based on an employment contract;
- a remuneration in the amount of 5 500,- PLN / gross;
