How to send money via MoneyGram?

To send money via MoneyGram, go to the Tavex branch of your choice and inform any Customer Service Specialist of your intention to make a transfer – you don’t need to make an appointment, you can order the transfer coming “straight off the street”. You will receive a short dispatch form which, once completed, should be returned to the staff member. This form contains a range of information necessary to complete the transfer, including the amount of the transfer and the country to which the money will be sent. Remember to have your ID with you, because if you don’t, our staff will not be able to verify your information and you won’t be able to make the transfer. After you have paid for the transfer – which you can do either in Polish zloty or US dollars – the last step is for our staff to give you a personalized Reference Number, which will allow you to follow the subsequent stages of the transfer.

How to collect money via MoneyGram?

Collecting money transfers with MoneyGram is as intuitive and simple as its sending. After receiving information about the Reference Number from the sender, go to the selected Tavex branch and inform about the wish to receive the money in one of the three available currencies: Polish Zloty, Euro, or American Dollars. Our company, as one of few MoneyGram partners on the Polish market, guarantees you full flexibility in the currency you receive – in most points, the choice will be limited only to Polish zloty.
