- the inscription "REPUBLIK ÖSTERREICH" – in German it means "Republic of Austria", which is the manufacturer's country designation;
- an unique organ, located in the Musikverein concert hall in Vienna, which is the home of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and, thanks to its excellent acoustics, is considered one of the greatest concert halls in the world;
- the inscription "1 UNZE FEINSILBER" – in German it means "1 ounce of pure silver", which is a weight and a proof of the coin;
- year of issue and face value of the coin (1.50 euro).
Reverse
On the reverse the 1 oz Vienna Philharmonic Silver Coin has:
- the inscription "WIENER PHILHARMONIKER" – in German it means "Vienna Philharmonic", which is the coin's name;
- 8 musical instruments, including a cello, 4 pairs of violins, a Viennese horn, a bassoon and a harp.
Packaging
If you choose to purchase individual pieces, each 1 oz Austrian Philharmonic Silver Coin will be separately packaged in a plastic capsule (hard plastic cap), which makes it easy to transport and store the product. At any time, you can take the coin out of the package and put it back in it.
If you purchase 20 pieces or multiples of this number, coins can be shipped in the original sealed tube, while if you order a total of 500 silver Philharmonics, which are 25 tubes of 20 pieces, we can send your order in a form of so-called masterbox.
DELIVERY
When placing an order through our online shop, you can choose to have the products delivered to the indicated address or to collect them in person at one of our offices in Poland.
1. Delivery: after we have received your payment, the products will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery time is within 1 to 3 working days.
2. Self pick-up: you are welcome to come and collect your products at one of our offices the same day we notify you that we have received your payment. You need to bring a valid ID to collect the products.
INSURANCE
The package is insured and in the extremely unlikely case that the package is lost or damaged, Tavex Sp. z o.o. will re-ship the items or refund your money. The insurance only applies whilst the products are in transit and ceases to be valid once the shipping carrier obtains the recipient’s signature.
PACKAGING
The products are encased in protective wrapping and placed in a discreet, unbranded padded package.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once the products have been packaged, the tracking number is sent to your email address. On the Pocztex website, you use tracking tool together with the tracking number you received and follow the shipping process of your order.
DELAYS
Should a delivery delay occur or if the ordered product is out of stock, Tavex will contact you by email to give you details about the delivery.

The shipping charges within Poland:

- Pocztex COURIER – PLN 19.00;
- Delivery to Parcel Terminal by Orlen Paczka – PLN 19.00;

- Fedex – price according to the FedEx website;
- Individual CHL transport – PLN 599.00.

The option of personal pickup of products at the selected branch is free of charge.
