Delivery & Insurance
DELIVERY
When placing an order through our online shop, you can choose to have the products delivered to the indicated address or to collect them in person at one of our offices in Poland.
1. Delivery by courier: after we have received your payment, the products will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery time is within 1 to 3 working days.
2. Self pick-up: you are welcome to come and collect your products at one of our offices the same day we notify you that we have received your payment. You need to bring a valid ID to collect the products.
INSURANCE
The package is insured and in the extremely unlikely case that the package is lost or damaged, Tavex Sp. z o.o. will re-ship the items or refund your money. The insurance only applies whilst the products are in transit and ceases to be valid once the shipping carrier obtains the recipient’s signature.
PACKAGING
The products are encased in protective wrapping and placed in a discreet, unbranded padded package.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once the products have been packaged, the tracking number is sent to your email address. On the Pocztex and InPost websites, you use tracking tool together with the tracking number you received and follow the shipping process of your order.
DELAYS
Should a delivery delay occur or if the ordered product is out of stock, Tavex will contact you by email to give you details about the delivery.
SHIPPING PRICES
The shipping charges within Poland:
- Pocztex POINT (Żabka, Automat, and others) – PLN 19.00;
- Pocztex COURIER – PLN 19.00;
- Delivery to Parcel Terminal by Orlen Paczka – PLN 19.00;
- Priority registered letter – PLN 9.00;
- Fedex – price according to the FedEx website;
- Individual CHL transport – PLN 599.00.
The availability of a specific shipping method for a particular order depends on the contents of the shopping cart, i.e., the type of products ordered and their value.
The option of personal pickup of products at the selected branch is free of charge.
May I pick my order up in Tavex’s store?
You choose if you want your order to be shipped or if you prefer to pick it up from one of our branches. You will find the exact addresses and opening hours on www.tavex.pl/en/contact-us-poland/. It is important that you have always a valid identification document with you.
How does Tavex send orders?
An order is shipped with courier company within Poland and insured for its total value
How does Tavex pack orders?
Our orders are sent in discrete and padded packages without logo.
Does Tavex send orders to other countries than Poland?
Currently, we do not ship orders to countries other than Poland.
What are the shipping costs?

Can I order products with the stock status “arrival unknown”?
The products with the stock status “arrival unknown” are not possible to order on your own in the web shop. We recommend you to contact us on +48 22 114 00 20 or kontakt@tavex.pl about a possible order.
When do I get my products?
Your order is usually shipped the same day or next work day after we have received your payment. Orders will arrive at your address the day after and if you choose to pick up your order in our store you can do it the same day as we get your payment. In cases when we are unable to send your order right away, we always inform you about the time delay.
